accidents happen! my priority is you making it to your appointment safely. ✨you have a 10 minute grace period!✨ if you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, it’s okay, but we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or day. ✨ there is a 24hr cancellation window ✨ there are always factors outside of your control and that’s okay. up to 24 hrs before your appointment you can change or cancel your appointment with out penalty. ✨there is a $25 cancellation fee✨ if within the 24 hr window, you have to cancel or change your appointment to another day. ✨my service menu is à la carte*✨ when booking be sure to select ALL the services you intend on receiving the day of your appointment! *only packaged services is deluxe haircut and beard trim ✨if you do not book all the services you want ✨ the day of your appointment I may not have time to fit in everything you wanted. ✨sometimes we get lucky and I have extra time available✨ in which case, you will be charged for ALL the services you recieved during your appointment
