to keep my salon gender-neutral, my services are based on hair-length & time how to choose a service: ✨pick your starting length!✨ when booking an appointment be sure to choose the service that is closest to the length of your hair now. for example, if you have hair past your collar bones and would like it cut above your ears, you would choose: “long length haircut” my priority is you making it to your appointment safely: ✨you have a 10 minute grace period!✨ if you’re going to be MORE than 10 minutes late, it’s okay, but we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or day. if we have to reschedule for another day you will be responsible for the 50% cancellation fee. ✨ there is a 24hr change or cancellation window ✨ there are always factors outside of your control and that’s okay. up to 24 hrs before your appointment you can change or cancel your appointment with out penalty. ✨there is a 50% cancellation fee with a $25 minimum ✨ if within the 24 hr window, you have to cancel or change your appointment to another day, your card on file will be charge a 50% fee of the services you booked. if 50% of the total service cost is less than $25, the card on file will be charged $25 instead if you have questions about any of the above feel free to text me at (407) 864-7215 if you can jive with my policies, then I’d love to cut your hair!
